About the Project
ECG School is an online language education provider offering structured language courses for professionals. They needed a custom-built SaaS platform to manage student enrollment, course scheduling, live lesson bookings, and payment processing — replacing a patchwork of third-party tools that were expensive and poorly integrated.
The Challenge
The school was running on a combination of Google Sheets, Zoom, and a generic booking tool that required heavy manual coordination between teachers and students. Payments were handled offline. Scaling beyond 50 students was operationally impossible without significant staff overhead.
Our Solution
FFP built a full Laravel-based learning management and booking platform from scratch. The platform includes a student portal with course enrollment and progress tracking, a teacher dashboard for managing lessons and availability, an integrated Zoom booking system, Stripe-powered subscription billing, and automated communications via email.
The platform FFP built replaced 4 different tools and eliminated hours of manual work every week. Our students love the experience and our team can now focus on teaching, not administration.
