Graviers.de is a German premium brand specializing in designer house numbers, mailboxes, and door accessories. They approached FFP Technologies to migrate their aging Shopware 5 store to Shopware 6 and build a real-time product configurator that would allow customers to design their own house numbers with custom materials, finishes, and font combinations.
The Challenge
The existing Shopware 5 store was slow, difficult to manage, and lacked any configurator capability. Sales reps were handling customization requests manually via email — a process that was costly, error-prone, and poor for conversion. The client needed a modern platform with a seamless self-service customization experience.
